How can I book a package?
Browse our collection of proposal experiences and choose the one that inspires you most. To book, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email. Once the details are confirmed, we’ll proceed with the payment to officially secure your date.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the proposal date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we do accommodate last-minute proposals whenever possible. Our expert team is ready to act quickly, though feasibility will depend on the complexity of the plan and seasonal demand — especially during peak dates like Valentine’s Day.
Do you organize same-sex proposals?
Absolutely. We proudly celebrate all love stories and tailor each experience to reflect your unique relationship.
Can I customize a package or create a fully personalized proposal?
Absolutely. All our proposal experiences can be tailored to reflect your unique style — from décor and music to food, timing, and special touches.
And if you have something completely different in mind, we also offer fully bespoke proposals. Just share your idea with us, and we’ll help you bring it to life from scratch — location, design, logistics, and all.
What locations do you offer?
We offer a carefully curated selection of romantic spots in and around Barcelona — from hidden coves and lush forests to rooftops, beaches, and elegant private venues.
Will I receive help with how to propose?
Yes. Your dedicated Proposal Planner will guide you with tips and suggestions on how to make the moment personal, meaningful, and unforgettable.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. If you cancel more than 14 days before the proposal date, you’ll receive a partial refund. Rescheduling is possible depending on availability.
Is photography included?
Yes. Every package includes photos and videos captured with an iPhone 16 Pro. If you’d like a professional photographer, we can arrange it for you as an optional upgrade.
