1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions («Terms») govern the use of this website and the services provided by Somnis («we», «us», «our»). By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered
We specialize in organizing customized marriage proposals and romantic experiences in and around Barcelona. All services are subject to availability and tailored to each client’s preferences, within the scope of the selected or agreed experience.

3. Booking & Payments
To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event date. Failure to make full payment on time may result in cancellation. For bookings made less than 7 days in advance, full payment is required upfront.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and for ensuring punctuality on the event day. We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by the client or third parties not coordinated through us.

6. Weather Conditions
While we do our best to plan for all scenarios, some outdoor locations may be impacted by weather. We will offer suitable alternatives if necessary, but changes due to weather do not warrant a refund.

7. Photography & Media
By booking a service, you grant us permission to use non-identifiable images and footage from your proposal for promotional purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

8. Custom Packages
We offer personalized experiences beyond our set packages. Custom projects are quoted on a case-by-case basis and may require a longer lead time for planning and confirmation.

9. Customization
While all packages are customizable, changes must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

10. Third-Party Services
When applicable, we work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g. photographers, florists, musicians). We are not liable for issues caused by external providers beyond our control, although we strive to resolve any problems that arise.

11. Liability
We take great care in planning and executing each event. However, we are not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damages that may occur during the event.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Privacy Policy

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
